Initial consultation
When you contact us to enquire about our services, we can talk for as long as you need on the telephone, and if you feel we may be the right midwives for you, we will arrange a convenient time and place to meet. We charge £100 per hour for this consultation, which usually lasts about an hour. This cost will be deducted from our fee if you decide to engage us.
We will describe
the services we provide in more detail, discuss your needs and expectations, and
answer any questions you may have. Because pregnancy and birth are highly
personal events, it is important that you feel comfortable and able to work with
us. This meeting gives you the opportunity to decide if we are the right team
for you.
