When you engage our services, both midwives who attended your initial consultation will arrange alternate antenatal appointments with you. This will give you plenty of time to get to know the midwives who will attend you during labour and birth. There will be an opportunity for you and your partner to meet with both your midwives during the last few weeks of pregnancy to discuss your needs and wishes for the birth. A further appointment with both midwives will be offered at the end of your care.
